Flag Colors & Description

The flag os Moldova consists of three equal vertical bands of blue (hoist side), yellow, and red. Centered in the yellow band is an emblem containing a Roman eagle of gold outlined in black with a red beak and talons. The eagle is carrying a yellow cross in its beak, a green olive branch in its right talons and a yellow scepter in its left talons. On its breast is a red (top) and blue shield bearing a stylized ox head, star, rose, and crescent all in yellow outlined in black.
